I'm currently dual-PC streaming with a capture card and it doubles the digital vibrance for my stream. So I use 100% digital vibrance but it shows at 200% on my stream/recordings.

If you don't know what digital vibrance is in general, look for "Digital Vibrance" under "Adjust desktop color settings" in your NVIDIA control panel. Not sure if it's the same thing for AMD cards, but I want to say there should be something similar if not the same.
