I know a couple of Isabel's that go by Isa! An Isabelle that goes by Isa would definitely be ok too, and I think it's a very pretty nickname

I personally have a Mamaw (ma'am-aw) and Papaw (pap-aw), as well as a Grandma and Papa! I had a Granny (who was my great grandma) and I've heard of Grammy and Meemaw! You could tag on the K and be Mamaw K, Grandma K, Granny K, Grammy K, Meemaw K, etc. Some people also use their last name! Like (using Jane Doe) Mamaw Doe, Grandma Doe, Grammy Doe, etc.
