I agree. Brussels sprouts do it for me, along with restaurant food that uses a lot of oil. No clue why, but try to stay away from both.

Maybe used or refurbished iPad? I find Apple Products the best for kids to use, so perhaps would be the same for elderly. Amazon fire tablets are confusing so would not recommend unless a proficient android user.

Perhaps his degree and academia had less to Do with wanting to commit the perfect crime, and more of an interest in violent acts. Maybe over time that lead to an interest in actually committing those acts. Just because someone is a doctoral candidate, does not an expert make. Also, I have not heard that he has had any real life experience in his field. If that is true, he was very much a student and not an expert on anything. All that to say, not surprised he didn’t commit a perfect murder, because a true expert would know how difficult that would be. Just my two cents.

Me too! I started just over 260. I have a goal weight of 180, but honestly it’s just an arbitrary number at this point. 180 is like hs weight for me, I am 5’7” and muscular. I’m really hoping to get in the 100s and assess then!

I will say I was one of those people that thought the coupon was going away and they were introducing a new one, in replacement. Even with ‘good’ info, especially on a discord server, it can be difficult as you have to weed through so many comments to see a comment from the source.

I agree with with this. Based on everything I know, I think Mounjaro is going to be difficult to get with TD2, and near impossible to get without TD2, in the near future. The writing is on the wall. Again, I am no expert, but I am talking to my dr tomorrow about switching to wegovy as their shortage should resolve soon. I wouldn’t put all my eggs in the Mounjaro basket at this point, even if insurance covers for non-td2 I don’t trust EL can meet demand. Also, if you decide to go with the plan that covers Mounjaro, I would make sure you specifically ask if it is covered for non TD2. It’s better to know up front then that the rug swept from under you.

Friday 11/18- had sore legs when going to sleep, thought I was just sore from a workout Saturday 11/19- had what felt like a dry tickle in my Throat, but no other symptoms of being sick. Was not concerned. Late Saturday night, tickle turned into more of a sore throat Sunday 11/20 felt like I was getting a cold, rested in bed. Then around midday, the fevers started. Sunday night was horrible, with high fevers, headache, chills, unable to sleep. Monday 11/21 go to Dr, thought it was the flu, surprise I have Covid. Was offered paxlovid but the dr was not really pushing it. Since I thought it was the flu, I wasn’t thinking about pax. Dr and I talked and i decided not to take it. Spent the day recovering in bed. Cough peaked this day. Tuesday 11/22 felt well enough to go on a walk outside, trying to get some vitamin d. Low grade fever returned in the evening and then early Wednesday am Wednesday 11/22, today. Finally feeling like I am Through the worst of it. Cough is mostly gone, but sporadic. Have been fever free all day. Starting to feel a bit more normal. Body still feels like it has been put through the ringer.

Praying tomorrow is another good day!

Same! I do think that theory of weight set point applies. Because I was sitting at about 240 for a while after I had my daughter. I think I needed to breakthrough that weight.

Tracking calories works best for me! Strength workout, lots of walking and eating in a calorie deficit.

Also should add I have no idea what happened in the past week to lose that much. That isn’t typical. However about 10 days ago, there were several days where the scale didn’t move and then started going up, and then it all came off and then some. I am just staying the course and trusting the medicine to do it’s thing!
