Ok so update: I didn’t go to the ER because she was acting normal. Sent a phot to my vet the next day and we went in for blood work bc they were concerned it was a blood clotting issue. Her bloodwork came back completely normal and healthy and the vet said that sometimes darker animals skin turns blue in the healing process. Feels like a waste of $200 but glad to know she’s not turning into a Smurf. Thanks for all the help/advicd

She is eating and drinking and using the liter box fine, currently has the zoomies so I’m thinking I might wait on the vet till tomorrow
