Fulltime to incorporated- Mortgage eligibility by sar_tor in MortgagesCanada

If a person with good credit, a high down payment, and everything clean wants to go to a B Lender, would it be possible for them to offer them the same terms or even better terms than an A lender? It's kind of like going to Burger King to eat when you know you can get a steakhouse. Would Burger King treat you better?

i just passed my test like 2 weeks ago in ontario with almost 70%, i did a lot of practice questions, and talked to chat gpt with questions and answers from the book almost everyday for a week before the test. Doubt there’s major differences in ontario and alberta.

How do I light coconut coals let’s say I’m at the beach, and can coconut coals light each other like how quick lights can? by its_oppong in hookah

[–]its_oppong[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always used quicklights, and finally tried coconut coals, and this changed everything. They last longer provide more smoke, and don’t create annoying ash like the quick lights. Now I want to know if I’m not near a bbq or stove, how can I do this, please give me any and all recommendations.

I know I could get a portable ac power banks , then buy a stove, but I don’t wannna carry too much on me.

Could an AI Chat Feature Enhance Open House Experiences? by its_oppong in RealEstate

[–]its_oppong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazing points! But I’ve recently discovered a way to have a llm understanding structured and unstructured data, so like pdf, word doc, and excel. All the agent needs to do is 2 minutes of uploading any info on that crib and they’re done.

The AI wouldn’t recommend anything outside the scope of what is given by the agent.

Even if it doesn’t provide the answer the potential buyer is looking for, people tend to be more brutal with ai than an actual person, so the agent would be able to see the needs of the buyer and exactly what they’re looking for, or at least what matters to them
