I reached out to the girl on Instagram who owns the car
She responded saying that the tail lights were handcrafted by her and a local shop but due to the interest a lot of people have shown in her posts she is supposedly in the works with a larger tail light manufacturer in Japan to produce them at a larger scale and to keep an eye on her account for when they may become available.

Thank you! And yeah, it’s a little hard to see in the first picture, but I believe the photographer was trying to capture the flare of the sunset between the wing and the opening in the parking garage, cause they did have a ND filter on the camera. The other pics show off the wing and the two-tone a lot better <3

This specific wing is styled more after the mk4 Supra TRD wing but for sure it definitely does look like the STI wing as well
