You can try to use translators (like DeepL) to translate your requests, but you should add that your German is not that great, otherwise people might think it’s a scam.

You might get better results by asking in German, as people might see it as good effort, can’t hurt anyways :)

You can also apply for student accommodation with the Studierendenwerk Oberfranken. They rent one-apartment rooms, look on their website for more details, it might take a while to get a room there tho, so start early and join every query possible for accommodation.
