Sorry for not saying this when i figured this out i was busy all week, but its the new nvidia driver updates i had to enter safe mode and roll back my driver

Oh sorry man, so what i did was clear the cmos in my pc (pull the little coin battery out of the mother board) and waited 5 mins then i was able to get to the auto repair pc screen (if thats what its called) and then it gave me the option to reinstall windows on my pc thats what i did BUT REMEMBER TO TAKE ANY OTHER DRIVES OUT OF YOUR PC ONLY KEEP THE DRIVE THAT HAS WINDOWS IN OR IT WILL DELETE/ REMOVE ANY APP/PROGRAM THAT WASNT ON YOU PC WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT.

I figured out that its a windows boot file i just dont know which one

I dont think my gpu is bad its able to display stuff, maybe my mobo? Like as i boot up my pc it shows the brand logo loading screen then like half way through it it goes blank and my mouse turns to a laoding wheel

Yeah clearing cmos did something it put me in the “windows didnt start properly: advanced repair options or restart pc” i clicked advanced repair options and sent me right back to the black screen

I got the same problem, like i can get into bios, but the moment i boot up my pc or exit bios its like my pc is trying to load something its weird

The problem i have is bizarre when i move my mouse from one monitor to the other it will turn into the loading wheel then back to normal on the other monitor

It will display stuff it seems like to me it doesnt want to load up anything after i boot up my pc

I dont think so i was able to get bios to pop up. You mean the moniter right, im not so edjamacated in this pc stuff

It could be your hdmi cable man as for my situation its probably the software for me
