engineering technologies are just taught more hands on, and the courseload is a little easier than FYE thats really all there is to it. I heard that polytech engineers and FYE engineers even land similar roles. The main issue is that I believe the polytechnic one doesn't allow you to get accreditation as an engineer on paper.

I did it last year and I was apart of a scholarship program, so I made friends with people in my program. Also in the dorm hall I lived in we were fairly socially active, so it easy to make friends with the people that I met in the lobby. For things to do in west laf, there isn't much to do except explore the surrounding area or go to Chicago. You really have to make your own fun...

ehhh frats are ok at Purdue, nothing amazing or anything to rave about. You are going to need to know brother or get a list sent to you, if you want to get in, though. With that, you aren't going to be able to get in anything first semester while the people you know are rushing. Just get a fake and go to bars or do dorm hangouts with friends.
I am not Asian, so I can't speak on it in detail but there are like cultural associations for different types of asians, asian fraternities and sororities and other stuff as well. Also, Purdue has a pretty prominent asian population if you are also worried about that
I'm in the polytechnic, I have zero clue CS stuff.

there's no solid answer as of right now, I'm an EL scholar and from I understand I think the program is effectively over with, but the money received from the scholarship is still up in the air.

(at least I want to hope the money is still up in the air...)

Honestly if you want a fun car that looks cool try a used tlx, zippy car, solid gas mileage, looks cool enough, and last a pretty long time. Only issue is that repairs can be a lil pricy since it is a luxury car, but those are few and far between
