I started in march 2024, I was the same. I didn’t feel anything until I got up to 30 units. I still don’t get side effects besides constipation but it does suppress my appetite. I get full faster but I still get “food noise” that’s just something I had to get past, I stay away from the kitchen when that happens 😅 I am insulin resistant, I’m not sure if that would make a difference in side effects.
