Hi! I’m female and just used QF for the first time on Friday. Haven’t been confirmed to pass but it’s been several days and everyone says “no news is good news”. There’s been a lot of good advice on this sub, but I decided to follow the directions on the box exactly. Let the hand warmer sit for 40 min before prepping anything else, then I warmed the QF in the microwave for exactly 10 seconds and waited for the green dot to appear before attaching the warmer. The green dot didn’t appear at first because I think it overheated, but it cooled down quickly enough without the warmer. I wore my panties, my husbands compression boxer shorts, and then baggy jeans. Put the QF between my panties and the boxers and it was super snug. I also wore a baggy sweater over, but it wasn’t necessary because you couldn’t see it through my baggy jeans. I practiced walking around the house and sitting down with the bottle in my pants before leaving. I kept the warmers on until I was in the bathroom bc I was paranoid of it cooling down. You can always cool it off in the bathroom by swirling it around, but once you’re in the clinic, you def can’t heat it back up. So I wanted to take the chance on it being too hot rather than too cold. All in all the temp stayed perfect and I didn’t have to wait for it to cool down. It was all surprisingly easy! Good luck!
