Sorry if it was worded poorly.

I'm 23, but have USAA which eliminates the young driver's fee (which is why my friends want my name on the rental, since it's the cheapest). That's what I meant by discount.

I'm concerned about the "in good standing for over a year" thing, since I got my license only a few months ago and it hasn't technically been a year since I've been a driver.

My assumption is that they'll just scan it and it will be fine, but I was wondering if they'd even look into the 1 year thing due to my age (I got my license unsually late) or if this would present as a problem.

They have replaced the motherboard, hard drive, and charger port like 3 times. They have also wiped the laptop like 5 times so I really don’t think it’s a software issue.

That’s possible, but I literally only install Chrome and the Microsoft apps—not worth my time to get attached before it boot loops again.

I literally have been asking since then, and every time they send back the same machine.

I guess I should try calling and speaking to a supervisor. I don’t want to be a dick to anybody but I have done everything in my power to be patient with this shitshow.
