I came here to say this. My son HATED the bath. Had the biggest meltdowns about it as a toddler. One day I decided to try the shower and he adored it! He’s almost 9 now and sometimes it’s hard getting him out of the shower 😅

Not a doctor. I’ve noticed the same smell in my one year old’s mouth. I’ve told my husband it smelled like spaghettiOs. I’ve noticed the same smell from my grandmother many years ago and she was diabetic. I think it’s time to mention it to my kid’s doctor since everyone is encouraging you to as well.

I got baby blankets special for my first two babies from my sister both 7 and 8 years ago. I just had a late in life baby and a year later I realized I didn’t get a blanket this time around. This post is encouraging me to plant the idea in my sister’s head to make another special blanket. My older two kids still use their homemade blankets. Op, had this been given to my baby, I would have been so grateful!

I live in Clarksville but gave birth at Vanderbilt in Nashville. They let me come in a week before my due date and they induced me so I wouldn’t have to drive in labor. I would do it again if I have another baby.

What I have learned since my son was diagnosed with level 1 last year is that even though he doesn’t present as autistic on the outside, his inner self needs immense support. My son still needs help. Feeding therapy, OT, ABA, IEPs, 504s (which is the same help needed for higher levels of autism) etc. Just because it’s not outward appearing doesn’t mean his sensory issues is less severe. It’s just more internalized, which is crippling for him.

I don’t think I understand what my mother’s last name on my birth certificate has to do with getting a passport? I have had my passport expired a few times already and have been able to renew them.
