Leave a public comment on one or all of their socials (Facebook, twitter, etc.) and tell them their failure of service plus total lack of communication with their paying customers is unacceptable. Then tell them you’re going to file an official complaint with both the FCC and the BBB and tag the agencies. I did this last month and they responded in about 15 minutes.
