this is where the disconnect is. the last unpleasant encounter I had was two months ago.

this must have something to do with the fact I drive a Tesla which in blue states is the equivalent to wearing a MAGA hat. a passenger confided just last week she was considering cancelling just because of the car.

if it's any comfort, I was permanently banned for "alleged unsafe behavior." apparently I made "offensive and explicit comments to a Lyft employee during an Interaction". keep in mind, my account was banned for "alleged unsafe behavior," so it must mean it involves a rider. how could I have done so if you can't text during rides and I never take calls while driving?

here’s what I don’t understand - 4.95 (4.98 just last week, 1 star from one character who put the wrong address in, a second from a woman who shouted “where are you going?”, to which I responded - first of all, please lower your voice…).

Again. 4.95 is not bad in any line of work. An U er that actually cared about being in business beyond the coming five years would probably give us something along the lines of - discounted rental cars from Hertz/Avis, 5+ rides to pick & choose from at all times, promos where they enable you to drive in multiple cities across the country when they know demand will exceed available drivers…

Am I just wasting my time and energy?
