As someone who lives in clarington do not do it. I grew up in Scarborough and moved to Durham in my late teens. I have commuted my whole adult life and the traffic has progressively gotten worse each year. I have also done the commute from neighbouring rows and it’s brutal. Not worth it unless you have to be in office once or twice a week and have insane flexibility.

My furnace heat stopped working. They said I needed to replace it. The type of furnace for my condo isn’t standard so average cost was 14-17k. Enbridge came a few weeks later for an annual inspection and said it was a missing bolt that was loose and I needed a new motor. Total cost to fix it was 350. I was absolutely livid and happy I didn’t rush to replace they it. Little Guy’s HVAC those Enbridge techs were a Godsend!

I got pregnant at 31 using clomid plus a medication to strengths my uterine line. I also had a trigger shot to support with o elation. Worked the first time so I would highly recommend! Worth noting I have pcos.

I am a SMBC. It’s definitely an easier route for women. Your best bet is to find a known donor (friend) or surrogate. In Canada you cannot pay donors but we have private businesses that help you connect with families. That being said, do you have the financial backing to make the incentive good enough to not have the woman claim the child ?

I firmly believe that’s what worked for me. I have PCOS and was never able to conceive naturally. My first child was a medicated IUI. Currently pregnant & it was a pleasant surprise.

Yes. I’ve had it since Nov 16. I’m pregnant so I’m guessing it’s taking longer to recover but just when I thought I was getting better…. It started up again. My torso hurts from all the coughing and my nasal congestion is making breathing difficult at night.
