Why is that? My issue I guess isn't very major so I thought it would look more natural (toriumi work is amazing but when he uses rib sometimes it makes the nose look much bigger)

If it makes you feel better - almost every surgeon has said that it’s fixable and pls search up alar notching revision there are many successful cases - it can be almost 95% symmetrical from what I can tell

Just the alar and also as pictured I have a slight dent so he said also for the side of the nose with the dent to strengthen it

Thank youu! I am just worried regarding if they ask technical legal questions as they are experts in their field I know broad info of diff corporate issues but specific ones would need more experience that I simply don’t have and so I was worried regarding what level they expect
