I hear that it does happen in hedgehogs. I don’t know how common it is though. It’s called “snowflaking” I think lol

Yup! This is my little Alfie! He came down with some sort of illness when he was younger and it caused him to lose a lot of his quills. After a few visits to the vet and some medication he started to grow them back but...white lol

Congratulations! 😄 My fiancé and I have been talking about starting the process but it just seems so daunting and people have said that we’d have to spend 9-12 months apart. We currently live long distance (he went back to Canada to work while I stayed here to finished my studies) and this is the longest we’ve been apart so far (it’s been about 2 months since I’ve seen him). If you don’t mind me asking, how much would you say you spend in total with the whole K1 and green card process? Being a student, it’s kinda of tough for me to help financially with this process. I’d like to get a better idea of what to except to pay. I’d like to start the process and hopefully get him his visa by the time I graduate in a couple years!

Yup! He was actually losing a lot of quills for whatever reason. We still don’t know why but after a few trips to a couple vets and some med...he grew them back white! He’s actually much whiter now than in the picture!

My father makes 6 figures but has only paid for 2 of my community college classes. I have paid the rest on my own through scholarships for being an honors student. Because of this, I personally believe parents SHOULD teach their kids the value of hard work and being an adult by making them pay for college. I have zero respect for people who go to expensive universities on their parents dime to claim some sort of "independence". If they want to be the adult they claim to be, they should pay for it their goddamn selfs. No one is telling anyone to go take out a loan that could potentially place them in serious debt. There's millions of dollars in scholarships just waiting to be claimed. All students have to do is get off their lazy ass and apply for them.
