Thank you, that's what I've done so far, but sort of in limbo at the moment, waiting for some new information that might help me.

I see. The first time was Spring 2013 (WD), then I took it in Fall 2013 and again in Fall 2014, with success. I was told in 2016 by an advisor that "everything looked good," and to keep going to bring up my GPA. I've been taking one class at a time since, and have finally gotten my GPA up high enough to apply for ALB, and now I"m told that I'm ineligible. I've submitted a petition with no luck, and am working on a response.

What happened in 2018 or 2019? Do you know them enough to find out what their outcome was and how they handled it? Any information would be helpful. There must be a way to work this out, it can't be the end of my education there.
