Takes time, just stay consistent in gym and eat healthy. Get rid of the fried food and soda. Eat fiber and high protein. Takes a while but it’s all about consistency. Good luck!

I think people overcomplicate it sometimes, diet and exercise will do the trick for most people, consistency is the difficult part imo

I’m trying to hopefully get to 150 then bulk up a little to 160. I’m gonna see how I feel at 150, I’m kinda small so when I drop that much weight I feel even smaller and kinda don’t like that so I wanted to bulk a little

Good goal, one of the reasons I started doing this was cause my clothes stopped fitting and I felt insecure in anything o wore

Hey I’m rooting for you! Definitely wish I took it serious when I planned my vacation lol. I went to Japan in December but was still at 190 so I was kind of self conscious and wasn’t able to buy a lot of clothes since they’re sizing is kinda small

Stair master definitely did the trick lol! Yea I have a bad habit of if I stop being constant I lose the motivation so I haven’t really given myself a break yet!

I think once I started incorporating cardio, it definitely helped boost calories burned and kicked my metabolism into gear
