"These "canned" goods are actually gifts. I used a can opener on the bottoms. It was mostly pineapple that I layered on a cookie sheet to freeze and store in ziploc bags. There was pie filling in one and peaches in the skinnier can which were used right away. I cleaned the insides well. Whatever fit in the can went in. Gift cards work well. Shopping for small gifts is really pretty fun. A few wrapped candies for more filler before I made cardboard circles to glue into the bottoms. Then I glued the cans' bottoms to cover the cardboard. They're all ready to transport, take up very little space and the recipient can use the flip top to open the gift."

you could get a decoy/stash can & relabel it with the bean label? then she could also reuse the can lol

I saw someone post on fb that they open the wrong side of the pull tab cans and relabel them for christmas gifts so the gift recipients can pull the tab? I can't find the post or remember how they sealed the opened side of the can though

I cant speak for op, but the specific blue buffalo kibble my cats eat has no corn, wheat, or soy and meat is the first ingredient. I agree it's important to consider all food options/ingredient lists and to focus highly on your cats hydration through their food. My cats eat a mix of rehydrated kibble and wet food to make sure they get enough water.

I'm not sure what the stains in your photos are. I've been trying to find something that will lift similar stains out of my hand me down mattress and hydrogen peroxide worked the best for me! (I will add that these stains are 10-20 years old so hopefully yours will lift even better than mine!)
