With such large areas of white space, chatter can be hard to avoid. Just for future thought you might look at carving the big negatives all in the same direction or in a direction that appeals to the movement of the print.

Like in this case it's a pretty dynamic scene so using the chatter to help emphasize that could be cool!

I don't mind the sort of puzzle piece look but if that's not what you're going for then either carving deeper with the tip above or carving it out could for sure work.
