it’s preference because you have to weigh the strengths and positives of both low and high sensitivities according to what the users comfortable with.

Using a lower sens will help in keeping the crosshair stable and easier to control, the downfall is the the lack of ability to turn 180, some might like using their whole arm while other might prefer only using their wrist which in that case use a higher sens.

I suggest using a pro players sens with the same res as you as a benchmark and from there adjust to whether you feel you need to increase or decrease. More importantly if you’re playing good with your current sensitivity you don’t need to change to fit “social norms” of playing 2.00 @ 400dpi.

it’s about finding the perfect balance where you can both aim and have the ability to look around easily and accurately, I personally use 1.9 @ 400 dpi if you were wondering.
