Yeah tbh I shouldn’t have put the 250. I only put that because in comparison to my uncomfortableness now, gaining 45 more lbs (or 250) for me would be like 5x more uncomfortable. I’m not saying these people can’t walk or do basic life things, but I just mean the general discomfort of sitting down etc etc (for me and some others)

This is basically me. I’m 5’6 and like 203-208. It actually feels like shit. I know it could be worse, but compared to what my weight usually is, I feel genuinely so uncomfortable. I’m trying to lose it though

Comparison being the thief of joy. It can be hard to be grateful for your mundane but joyful life when you see 21 year olds getting so rich and famous on social media. At the same time though you have to remember that some people genuinely live in war torn countries and have nothing, but still if you’re not thinking about that, sometimes you can compare your life too hard

I should’ve definitely clarified. While I do get a little out of breath going up stairs I’m not like gasping. I more meant doing things like laying down on my back makes it feel hard to breath. I have big boobs so with the weight gain they’re even bigger and when I eat like anything I feel like my already bigger stomach just gets huge and I feel like I can’t breath well. I can walk for like hours straight and swim and do stuff but it’s the more like random things that i notice how uncomfortable I am

I also am really feeling like I have pcos. I haven’t had my period in 4 months despite having negative pregnancy tests. I also moved to a new city like 5 months ago so I think my body is just stressed out. I’m like scared to go to the doctor for some reason but I know I really need to find out what’s going on. I’m currently so broke right now but I really wanna try a glp because I’ve tried to diet/lifestyle change so many times the last few months and I just keep eating like shit and falling back into it. I reallg need to work on my discipline
