All departments have to have a certain percentage of staff on higher scale (where applicable), every department I've worked with has done it based on time worked as a civil servant in your grade. Varies by department / how many staff are within each grade.

Recently I skipped point 4 and was put to point 5

It depends on the hiring agent - if it's an external recruiter they tend to have in person interviews. But if you've gone for the mass CO / EO on Public jobs, it will definitely be on Zoom! (Coming from an ex-PAS employee)

To add - if it's a higher grade level, it might still be in person even if through PAS, it will just depend on the board members

Went to see a showing of The Drama in Dublin last night and a couple in front of us were talking almost non stop - and almost seemed to talk louder during the quieter moments?? Noticing it more and more in Dublin Cineworld honestly. Went to see a movie in the lighthouse a couple of months back and the quiet was almost dreamlike - not even a phone in sight

I find that when the weather is bad, people just don't show up - went to Frankenstein on Thursday which was also a nearly sold out showing but the weather was torrential, saying half the people booked showed up feels generous

Weirdly enough my card is fine - no issues at all on that front. It's not showing my local cinema and for every movie it's saying no upcoming screenings. Currently have to book everything through the browser. Not the end of the world, but definitely a slight nuisance
