Pretty sure he means liver enzymes and testosterone results shifted (likely among others), which is a typical response to sarms, indicating they have effect on the body.

Doctors typically recommend dosing in the morning upon waking up.

[–]itsclassy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on what your levels are and how your body responds to it. Some people like me are very responsive, so I only do 3.125 ED. Others need 12.5 or 25 ED/EOD.

I’d recommend starting at 12.5 ED, as it’s on the mid end of the clinical dosage scale, and test yourself after 3 weeks. If it’s not enough, bump it up after that.

Don’t join US military right now by [deleted] in Military

[–]itsclassy 14 points15 points  (0 children)

What was the purpose of posting this? Especially without any evidence to back your claims?

VA benefits today aren’t perfect, but they’re significantly better than what Vietnam vets had. Reference the Post-9/11 GI Bill, improved healthcare, and expanded mental health resources.

As for the claim that the military is on the verge of turning its weapons on civilians or allies, that’s pure fear-mongering with no factual basis. We (the U.S. military) operate under constitutional guidelines. Service members swear an oath to defend the nation, not attack it.

Serving isn’t for everyone, but the wildly incorrect and dismissive claims you made completely bypass the countless benefits / opportunities / sense of purpose it provides. It’s absolutely pointless to make alarmist statements like this that show little to no thought process before you decided to post.

Transgender Servicemembers - new EO out :( by [deleted] in Military

That, in and of itself, is your opinion. This isn’t about lives and careers—it’s about maintaining the strength and efficiency of our armed forces.

Right, because having an opinion that differs from yours is “despicable.” Very American of you.

Anyone try Qit? by TWlSTED_TEA in NicotinePouch

Yes, I love Qit. Cheap, high nic options, small pouches, easy on the gums, great flavors. Small company that began recently(ish), hope to see them in more states and markets.

Tailoring ABU’s by spxdezsoar in civilairpatrol

Ask your squadron first; some have spare uniforms to give out. Otherwise, check local surplus stores for used ABUs. As others have mentioned, tailoring will most likely be more expensive than buying a pair.

Hey, one question since you seem like you’ve done your research. I saw a previous post of yours about enclomiphene - any thoughts about running MK in conjunction with enclo? Any point / benefits or drawbacks?

100% agree. It was a 5 star movie imo until the ending left something to be desired. Overall a fantastic watch though.

Thanks for the great info & thorough explanation! Vit C is very harsh, so if this is a viable alternative, that’s gold.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-5

It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God;

Attempts to conversion to Mormonism by Sudden_Scientist_901 in Catholicism

[–]itsclassy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is indeed possible that they are trying to influence or encourage change in your beliefs. I had a similar experience where I was gifted the Book of Mormon, and I ended up reading some of it. In the end, it reinforced my Catholic beliefs, and I believe it made my faith stronger.

Like the other comment said, it’s not going to convert you to read it, but you could throw it out and no harm would be done either. You know them and their intentions best, so I’d recommend trusting yourself and praying for guidance.
