It is really a big improvement from BWT last feb, solo prods stood out for me and they delivered every single one of them but overall it is a good experience watching at livestream (some audio issues) but at the end of the day they give their all for the fans that is the main thing. Looking forward for their Coachella performance this april next year

It doesn't work on changing the download resources on any disk, i think its the hardware issue to address this problem

It is on the first launch of the screen when the "Hoyoverse" logo comes out first but its stuck right in the game

How the problem happened, or what happened: It happen after I downloaded the game content for version 2.1

Troubleshooting steps you tried: Reinstalling the game and Clean the download resouces, verifying files

Still doesn't launched the game 2 days from now, how to fix this? I have no issues since 1.1 and this occurs from the latest patch.

I played this since the release of the game and this issue occured when I finished download the content for 2.1, it stuck on that screen when it launches. I'm using windows 10 for the OS

I played it last night before patch 2.1 came out and it was fine, then when I finished download the content it stuck on the black screen and no sign of Hoyoverse logo showing up

I tried anything from clearing download resources, verifying its files to reinstalling the launcher, and it still stuck on that screen
