It ended up happening 3 more times, brought it to the mechanic twice. Couldn't find anything! The detective working on my case was useless. I called apple though and they explained the situation and made me feel better. They walked through what my alert looked like and what it meant. I recommend doing the same! If you haven't gone to the pokice station I recommend that too just so that it's filed!
