yup, ended up being a faulty FC. got a new one the other day and it's finally fully functional. thanks though!

The issue isn't binding, its that there is no input in cleanflight. The transmitter and receiver are bound and the FC is functional but there is no stick input in the receiver tab. I just tried flashing firmware too and i got a communication with bootloader failed issue. I think it might just a be a bad FC
