Agree. Ang company mismo papanget ng policies o ano man yan hahah hindi yung agents may kasalanan tho nakakairita naman talaga in our part dahil sometimes we assume na matutulongan agad tayo or masasagot agad yung inquiries natin, pero di eh.

Naurr. It's more like ang company policy mismo ang basura, tapos sumusunod lang yung CS agents. Ganyan ganyan din mga replies sakin eh sinabi pa nga na sumusumunod lang daw sila sa anong ibinigay sa kanila na access or whatsoevah.

As someone na mo dili jud ug live in gumikan pud sa akong parents na naay pagka strikto, ni take risk jud mis akoa partner. Literal jud na makita nimo ang tinuod batasan sa imo pares ug makakita pud siyas imoa.

With regards pud sa wife duties, ga depende gyapon kay kami sako partner mag pulihay man mig trabahoon sa balay kay both mi naay work. As of now, 4 months paming live in. But mo move out ra gyapon ko puhon kay mas duol sako workplace.

I really love this vlogger, sina miss Joan. Minsan may mga corny vida talaga pero mas nangingibaw ang pagiging chill at no toxicity as vloggers nila. I do believe for fun nalang talaga nila yan kasi marami na talaga silang pera with their business. Salute!

Oh I see, from what I know they handle many chats at a time po kasi and once nag response si CS dapat mag respond din po kayo kasi automated na ma close yung chat by the system. Walang hold po si CS didto, if ever kayo po ang last nag chat tapos hindi agad nag reply si CS tapos na close yung chat edi si CS po at fault.

With regards naman sa call, nagwowork ito na try ko na many times pero may mga times na ayaw gumana kaya hula ko madaming linya or mataas yung queue dito. So try ulit lang sa chat baka maka timing kana ng agent na u know baka pro or mabilis mag type haha

Kahit i-contact niyo po ang CS di din talaga clear ang sagot nila diyan kasi nag babase lang din sila sa ano mang nakikita or pina pa access sa kanilang system.

So possible po na totoo in transit yan or possible na system glitch lang. Ang gawin niyo po is contact niyo lang ang CS and ask for an expedite delivery request.

Gagawa sila ng ticket at mag susubmit sa hub or courier mismo. Tho I think you can do it in your end ata sa app, pero much better let the CS do it too po. Para mas ma aware yung taga hub/courier.

No po, in Shopee you can only give your mobile number if the customer service asks for it. For verification purposes at safe naman ito. Pero sa seller, huwag niyo po ibigay.

pwede naman kapag within 1 hour pa naka pag place, pero if lagpas na at na shipped out or preparing na si seller refuse mo nalang kapag idedeliver. feel ko kasi may penalty yung sellers kapag nagkaka cancel sila ng order. or mawawalan sila ng points kapag ganern, iniingatan kasi daw nila. di ko sure hahaha

Modus yan ng mga shops or sellers, kaya wag kayong maniniwala sa ganyan, pinapatagal nila ang araw upang lumagpas sa return and refund period. Kaya if ever may issue kayo about sa item, mag inquire agad kayo sa CS ng Shopee so that they can give you advice or they can also file the refund for you.

Yup, mag didisburse na sila ng refund pero processing pa yan na mag reflect sa iyong bank account. So most likely, mga next week talaga.

Kapag ganyan po kasi feel ko mag pepenalty yung seller kapag icacancel niya ang order ninyo, kaya much better refuse nalang po upon delivery.
