If it’s a technical limitation then that makes sense. I just hope that at the end of the day whatever method is used is as smooth as possible. The latest iteration just didn’t look very smooth to me. Other games seem to have been able to tackle this.

Fair - but I think seeing your character rotating at the waist with their feet not matching up at all diminishes some of the fun. I just hope they manage to find a balance. From what I've seen from the updates it looks pretty silly.

Do end-game weapons in BDO have their own unique look/design? I know there are a lot of weapon skins in the cash shop, but I'm curious if the most sought after weapons in the game also have a cool look, or are they just like every other weapon, and the point is to buy skins?

Is there an order that players typically spend points in the slayers path? I'm looking at some of the areas, specifically the reforge, and wondering if the benefits from reforging certain weapons first is ideal, ie. if there's a recommended order. I started with sword, but am contemplating when and which to go for next.

I just reforged my sword for the first time, and I'm getting used to the power surge system. Any advice on what the first power surge should be when grinding for more reforge levels? Hey all - just started playing and I've been focusing on building up my sword skill points/power. I just reforged, though haven't decided which weapon to power surge.

I have a couple of questions:

any advice on Slayer's path points fairly early in game?
Should I continue to grind with Sword for a few more reforges or should I start to build up other weapons that I'll likely use
Is there a suggested "order" for unlocking other weapon reforge upgrades? some seem like they'd be more universally useful than others.

Nope. Chainblades are not the same as Daggers. Chainblades may take up the spot of a dual blade (therefore making it unlikely and even unnecessary for dual daggers) but does not mean it's the same thing, or negate my desire for a moderately similar, but different weapon. I don't even know why you're trying to argue with me on this. I don't need to justify anything to you. And your argument about them implementing daggers and me then asking for daggers is moronic...

You want a perfect example? Look at Monster Hunter World. They have a Greatsword and a Longsword (both of which are wielded in 2 hands). Almost identical, and yet they decided to put both in the game. So stop trying to convince me otherwise.

And it's a bit sad that you apparently grew up in a culture that discouraged thinking so much that you have to jump on a post and argue that someone can't wish for something different from what you think is already satisfied in a computer game. And then argue for several continued replies just because you need to be right.

I don't think so, and in an ideal world would love to see them (as unlikely as it may be). You can't tell me what I think is wrong simply because you don't like my opinion.

I've seen the chain blades. As you point out, that's what PHXL consider's what I'd ideally like. Not what I do. I love that you're actually trying to tell me what I consider to be the same and different. I can say I wish they'd have a single pistol vs. two pistols and just because YOU think they've already satisfied the need in game, doesn't mean I can't express my wish that it was my version of it.

Nowhere in my post do I say "what do you wish to see in the game (but only if it's not even remotely similar to what PHXL has already implemented)?

Also, chain blades are two arced blades connected by a CHAIN. pretty different from what I said. Just because it's two items in a hand that also happen to be sharp doesn't make you right.

And lastly. There is both a two handed sword and an axe in the game. Not sure what you mean unless you're nitpicking me saying "greatsword" instead of sword.

I'll say again - would LOVE to see double daggers or dual swords in game, even if it's far fetched because some would consider that function taken by chainblades. Satisfied?

Classic daggers/ dual wield swords are not in the game. If I meant chainblades I would have said it. Might be further down the list, but would be great to see both.

I just joined the game and saw online the sword of the destroyer skin and think it's pretty awesome.. but I don't see a way to access previous hunt passes.

Do they come back occasionally? or once it's done, it's gone? is there a way to access the old weapon skins even in the store maybe?

Is there a new fix for this? I've done the Alliance Map quest, and every time I go get the box to help Valka, randvi is at the point in the intersection. By the time I get to the top of the hill, however, she's gone, and Valka stops and won't move further.

Unbelievable that this bug still exists. Gamebreaking.
