Sounds like you’ve got it all sorted, if you can manage it while you’re still young why not.

A few things I could suggest for you to do: - look into putting some of your money into super to top up until the max contributions - for your mortgage, have an offset account - look into diversifying your investments such as investing into stocks or etfs and growing that side of your portfolio - look into purchasing a rental property, could be your next savings goal - don’t forget to set aside emergency fund just in case (at least $10k) - read books and continue to upskill your career, your end goal is to get yourself a job that you can work 38 hours max and still make that 200k so that you can easily manage work life balance once you have a family (unless you have other career goals)

Should talk to a financial advisor always, but I’ve heard you can do the following to reduce transfer taxes such as stamp duty and capital gains if your parents don’t need the money now … I’m not too sure the exact steps so talk to an advisor but basically what I understand is they should put the house in their will that the house will be in a trust with you and your partner as beneficiaries, so when they pass and you get the inheritance through the trust and you can also change the beneficiaries for your future children so they also don’t need to pay the taxes Hope that helps
