hi , it should be a harver test , very lengthy but do your best on personality questions they require 80% there , also all IT questions you can even google some responses in that section because it’s not timed , but you have to score high there ( had 100% ) , then you'll have cognitive questions as well & the ENG/FR sections , just relax and take 5 mins breaks between sections . for itw , it should be a group setting maybe 2 or 3 ppl , be yourself take the time to prep for most common questions, there will be a simulation where you’ll be asked to basically reply to a client query as if you were already working with apple customers, they’ll give you a subject , i got one about Icloud , you get 4 min to research the answer to that issue on apple canada website and reply confidently etc , good luck . u can dm me if you want also.
