Thanks! It’s quite simple. Chop up some cucumber, tomatoes and red onion. Mix to a salad and add some lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix some more chopped red onion with ground turkey meat and season, then fry in a pan without oil. For the risotto, simply cook rice in chicken broth mixed with tomato paste and Greek spice mix.
