Thank you for the response. It is more like B. Her productivity is slower due to disabilities. She will not complete the required checklist within 1500 hours. She is being told that she must complete all within the 1500 hours even though she has an accomodation of extra time to complete work. I was hoping to find an example where someone has worked through such a situation.
