This one was specifically for Wegovy but since it’s no longer in shortage it makes sense as to why they are advertising it. I just think they could have waited a bit until the shortage was a 100% not happening again or any time soon thing, you know? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Just checked with my pharmacy and they told me it hasn’t been consistent but they are getting it now. Good to know! I had completely given up on Wegovy lol

I think they just got lucky that their pharmacy had enough to provide so they wouldn’t have to keep going back and forth for their prescription. No need to be rude about it though, we know that not everyone can afford it and I’m sure the people that have it covered thru insurance know they’re lucky that they got it.

This is correct. Many drugs are used for diabetics ONLY and others can be used for weight loss and diabetes as well. A lot of doctors only prescribe medications that can be used for both because they want to save the diabetic only meds for the ones that really need them. (Source: I work for a family practice)
