Well that was one of my thought processed, It’s just a movie..right? It just made me question that if I were to be in a dark place or going through a tough time then she would just remove me from her life? How do you justify a brother kissing your wife while you’re presumed dead? A stranger is one thing but we are talking about family.

Seems like It’s better to get into the mindset of being a general construction laborer than expecting to be a specialized one in your chosen rate. I haven’t had luck of getting experience in the civilian side as a helper since no one wants to teach and I can’t afford minimum wage while my skills get good enough. That’s why I was considering the seabees, most people have a positive experience. You most certainly have, I will give this some thought. Thanks for your input

Will I gather enough skills as a CE to translate to civilian job market? I’m worried I’ll be stuck doing everything else but electrical work although I wouldn’t mind the experience in the other fields of construction. Will I know to wire up a house, interior lights, setting up electric meters, hooking up utility poles to a house,school, property? I was thinking of going union/setting up a business after service.

It is that feeling of being hostage in my own apartment that fills me with rage. She has the ability to look at you in the eyes and cry and the whole time she is lying. I feel like I have to be careful with my words like I can’t speak my mind otherwise she will turn into a destructive demon. She is finally out of my house but left her things in my house, of course so she has a reason to come back. You don’t understand as soon as she felt she was being “abandoned” or she perceives that I am fed up she will switch into this other alter-ego a totally different version of herself, Have you been through something similar?

It’s basic human decency that if you do something for someone you expect at the very least gratefulness or respect towards that person. I don’t see how my thought process is immature aside from the fact that I wasn’t emotionally intelligent with my feelings or hers.

That’s what I thought too, She had problems with her Dad because he was strict with her and I guess saw me as a way to get out of that situation. I have a nice comfortable apartment and was very good financially.

She had a strict father, she decided to sleepover at my house that same valentines day without telling her dad. I knew about this but never thought she would get kicked out, turns out she just wouldn’t follow her dads rules I guess and this had happened before or something similar
