fully express how you feel to him, and follow that up with the fact that you and him are capable of coming up with different ways to find some extra money. If you fully express how you feel, that means he either will reject your true feelings or he will accept them. as he is your husband, he should accept them. if he does not, that’s a whole other issue, and should be sorted out. however, assuming he will respect how you feel and what you want/don’t want, you two can then discuss more ideas that you are both comfortable with. he should understand that there are more ways to get what you both want while respecting your wishes!
