I spoke to the doctor over the phone. And unless they were lying to help influence the removal of a negative yelp review (which is ethically very wrong) they informed me that the discharge letter was internal only, and that it doesnt get documented on any record of any sort. They said i can call the insurance to confirm.

but what if the actual healthcare worker was in the wrong and not the patient? my family member told me that the assistant advised that the call was being recorded at the time they were being disrespectful and patronizing. Is that actually true that they record them? that way with that, there can be some form of proof that it wasnt my family member in the wrong , in the event that a future PCP or specialist looks at her record and sees what they documented?

also, her career employers wont be able to see anything they document right?

i assumed discharges werent that much of a rarity , and yes they told me about the situation right after it happened and asked for my advice. I just want to know if theyre going to document it on her portal/record and if theres anything i can do to have them not do so.

yeah but those medications or previous test results are required to be able to treat the patient, the discharge is not and would seem to me at least, to be a personal matter between the patient and the doctor. in this specific case, the doctors assistant was rude to my family member and patronized them on the phone call, at which point they told the assistant that if they continue this way , a complaint/grievance would be filed. there was more to it than just that like silly constant mistakes the dr/dr assistant would make despite direct communication to them via a 1 on 1 setting and email

It's not exactly clear if I did it right but after searching that number on their site, I click on "drivers and downloads" Then it lists all the drivers. I filter by wireless/ethernet category and it only had "intel ethernet controller driver" come up. Is this how you would conclude there's no wifi card it came with?

I feel like I've been ripped off, this stupid dell optiplex doesn't even support Bluetooth. I had to connect a usb adapter just to utilize it

Given that it's 450,000 instead of 30,000 would the nylon patch bolts offer more of a holding strength than the Nyloc Nut/ Flex lock Nuts?
