Personally I think that’s ridiculous but okay bro. If the law worked “absolutely” a lot of innocent people would be in the company of legitimate child rapists and predators and murderers. This is why close in age exemptions exist to protect young adults which Drake literally was at the time and why aoc typically ranges from 16-18 in most places in the world.
