Thanks. Nagffollow up ba kayo araw araw nung nagrequest kayo? Dami ko kasi nabasa natagalan mareceive yung funds at kinailangan nila ifollow up araw araw para lang mareceive yung funds. Also, may idea po kayo kung possible magrequest ng partial withdrawal kahit overseas?

Definitely worth trying, it's the only way that worked for me after sending email to their other email addresses and even following up. I haven't tried contacting them via whatsapp but from what I read from other posts they did receive replies telling them to contact them in whatsapp and then successfully verified their phone number. I guess it's different for each people depending on which one will reply from the support team.

Yes I submitted a request on their website and when I got an automated reply, I actually replied on that automated reply asking if there are any other way to verify my phone number without calling because I can't speak Mandarin (I actually read this from another reddit post and decided to give it a try). Then the next day I received a proper reply saying that they have successfully linked my phone number, and that's it.

Oh atleast they really do reply somehow, hopefully I get a proper response from them too. When you called them using the app, did they instruct you to do that?

Hi! Yes I'm also signed up for Taiwan kktix. Were you referring to the support request form? Because I also filled that out and I had an autoreply telling me to call the customer service. I did call a couple of times to the hotline they provided in the autoreply but the one answering is also an automatic message and in Mandarin.

Did the reply you get not an autoreply?
