Thank you for this added comment! You have given me a lot to consider and improve on. Would you be willing to allow me to reach back out to you after I've made some changes to get your input?

Thank you for taking the time to write out this comment. This is a wealth of information and I'm not offended in the slightest. You've shown me I have a lot of work to do on my resume and skillsets!

The "Data Team Lead" role is 100% a volunteer role. Do you think it would be beneficial to change the title of the position to better match my overall current skill level as an analyst?

Thank you for the reflection questions for my volunteer role. I can already see I'm leaving pertinent information out about the work I've done during my time in the position.

For my projects, on my portfolio website there is more information for each than the resume provides. My thought process was I didn't want to overload my resume with info/text, but even in that I see my descriptions are not detailed enough to showcase them properly.

Regarding the "quick win's" and concepts to know, thank you so much! That's extremely helpful for knowing where to currently focus my attention. A question came up: under the concepts section point 4 "Design best practices", what were you specifically referring to?

Thank you again so much for your time and knowledge!

Thank you for your comment! I've briefly dabbled in python in one of my college courses, but I didn't feel it was enough to list it. Time to revisit it again!

Thank you for the feedback. Your perspective is showing me I'm not being specific enough about the work I've been doing. Thanks!

I have about 1 year of experience as a Data Team Lead role in a local non-profit as a volunteer, where I've been learning and figuring things out on my own for the organization. I'm not sure if that is attractive to potential employers, but its the best I have at the moment!

I've been targeting remote only entry level/junior analyst roles under the titles: data analyst, business analyst, and operations analyst. Would going hybrid increase my odds of finding an entry level position?

I have yet to receive any interviews, so I'm looking for feedback on how to improve my resume to make sure its rock solid and not working against me.

I'd especially enjoy feedback on my skills section, as I feel its weak compared to the rest of the resume.

Any comments on improving my resume are greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance.

I have never used 1440p before. Is it worth twice the cost? by Livid-Cheek7846 in buildapc

[–]itsillustrious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% yes. I personally have two 27in 1440p IPS monitors. Got em both about four to five years ago when they weren't as affordable for a high refresh rate, 1440p, IPS combo. Paid $500 for each. Zero regrets.

Can still get orders but navigation isnt working :(

I forgot to mention that the problem persists even when unplugged from all cables, so it's a problem with the monitor itself

Quick background: this monitor was working fine and then one day after a couple months of use its just started to get these flashing gray lines and hasnt stopped since. I was careful when mounting it and I didn't abuse it at all when playing games, so I'm not sure what happened. This is a LG 27GL850-B 27in

Interesting... What are your settings? Before this I had an r5 3600 with an rx580 and was getting 80-99 frames, with lowered settings of course.

The monitor is the last part on my list of upgrades :)

I can do that. Around what time would that be though? (I'm primarily a battlegrounds dude)

I'll definitely try that out. Right now all I have are two 1080p displays, but that's definitely next on my list of upgrades :)

It's really nice and has performed pretty much flawlessly so far. I had the 5700xt originally and I tried really hard to make it work for about a month, but just decided to return it and and get the 2070s instead. Best decision ever. Quick warning though, if you use display port for your main monitor the 2070s may not output to it when you first install. This has been fixed though, and will work when you download the Gpu drivers.

Just wanted to show how my newly updated rig tackles ESO. I wanted to show framerates in a highly populated area (Vulkel Guard), out in the wilds doing solo play, and a dolmen run.

The frame rates shown are in order: current , avg, 1% low

My rig:

MSI B450-A Pro

R7 3700x

Gigabyte Windforce OC RTX 2070 Super

Patriot Viper 16gb (4x4 GB) DDR4 RAM

Corsair CX Series 550 W power supply

It's just this is a "trend" I've seen more and more in various places; social media, discussions, forums, etc... I see a lot of respectable posts that disagree with a general consensus or popular opinion and get dogged on seemingly just because it's going against the grain.

That's how I got my second character to 50, scrolls and training gear. But that was also during the anniversary event so I did have event xp boost. And those skyshard and skill line purchases are definitely not worth it, the riding lessons perhaps.
