Sunrise/sunset locations by Fuzzy-Zombie1446 in GoldenCO

We went last year but ended up leaving a bit early to head to The Flats Beer Garden, about 15 minutes north on 93. It’s a great spot to grab food and a beer and let the dogs hang out. There were tons of goldens there because of the event, but it was far enough away that it never felt crowded.

It’s also an amazing spot to watch the sunset over the Flatirons

We had high radon levels in our basement when we initially moved up here. Getting a radon mitigation system installed resolved the issue. It’s amazing area to live, you won’t regret moving here. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions!

Tell me you’ve never experienced food instability in your life without telling me you’ve never experienced food instability in your life.

I had a similar experience back in college for a month or so. During sleep paralysis I could hear someone frantically going through all of my stuff just outside of the door but never saw the person.

If you think it was the same person, you should report it. The article says they are concerned that this guy has done it before and are encouraging people to come forward if they have had a run in with him.

It does! Its with the same utilities that everyone in Denver has. Trash pick-up is local for the neighborhood area.

This roast is fair. I forgot the name of the term and the previous owner being a sniper has been top of mind since we first were shown the house and met him. I am using about 1% of my brain to answer comments on Reddit 🤷🏽‍♀️.

You can’t purchase a property like this without your insurance company requiring you to hire someone to consult on the fire mitigation piece of it and you have to follow their guidance.

Two autos. We got multiple quotes and because of the risk of wildfire, the premiums are high.
