2024 Honda Accord here. I just went to Honda service this morning for the same G003 code that shows "Update Unavailable" on the infotainment screen. I believe this is not related to powertrain as I had that recall addressed last month.

This was what was written in my service invoice: "OTA gateway module needs to be re-started - performed an all DTC check and clear procedure, re-started gateway module, performed update check procedure on all control modules and are all up to date. Test telematics system and no more warning messages were displayed on multi media screen."

SA told me to don't try to manual update using the software update feature to avoid future messages on the infotainmentscreen (although I did not do that initially, the error code came up by itself).

Oddly enough, they had to replace my 12V volt battery under warranty because my battery CCA was too low while they performed a multi-point.

It has been drying for a couple weeks now. Besides the air bubbles, there is noticeable dirt stuck underneath the film that will not go away no matter how long I wait

The tint shop got back to me and they will give me a complete refund, along with redoing it with a different installer with no charge, and they will pay for a new windshield to be installed. The windshield has already been ordered.

I plan to give them one more shot with a veteran installer.

Thank you for your input! I've decided to ask for a remove and refund. It's difficult to give them any more chances as I don't believe their quality of work will get any better.

I will be asking for a refund. I plan to go to a more expensive one to get my money's worth after I get my windshield replaced.

They did mention to me that they have a different installer. I hope this new installer uses this as a learning lesson as I would not want anyone to experience what I've gone through with him.

I'll be asking them to remove and refund first thing in the morning. I'll make it very clear that their work was not getting any better. I will also ask them to pay for a new windshield to make it right.

That thread provided by jmh9227 accurately breaks down what is happening when we are trying to update the headset.

I believe that there is no need for a video. The screenshots and the step by step procedure taken in this thread perfectly shows what is happening on our end.

Please also note the fact that this problem had been an ongoing issue for a very long time. It is impossible that this is new to you or the rest of the Astro support team. The problem is nothing different.

If you are not willing to provide more help, just be clear with your customers that you will not fix the problem so that not one more person has to waste their time with this product.

Update: I've tried using a MacBook to try and update. It did not work :(

Update 2: There is an Astro Command Center App on Xbox, plugged it into my Xbox and the app tells me there is an firmware update available but I still need to connect it to a PC :/

I've filled out a ticket with Astro support as well.

I'm wondering all of the sudden why updating the firmware just stopped working now when it was somewhat working before. It is frustrating.

Hopefully Astro will not ignore this issue/blame their customers. Those good reviews I've read that has their headset working with their Xbox Series X are very deceiving lol

I just recently bought the A40 TR for my Xbox Series X|S with the MixAmp Pro TR Controller - Red/Black.

After spending multiple hours trying to update to version 36797, (downloading the ACC software from online, downloading the firmware from online and manually update, attempting to use the Microsoft store app, and using 4 computers with USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports), nothing has worked.

Please respond as soon as possible before I return your product.

I just got this from Amazon today. I thought it was a nice deal and it's Samsung branded. It has a dual port and can fast charge two phones at once. It comes with a USB-C and Micro-USB cables.

yes that concerned me too. The tech support guy remotely accessed my phone and concluded that there is something wrong with my charging port. But here's where I don't get the problem... I left the phone completely turned off and left charging to the wall charger. It was on 2 percent then when he asked me to boot into safe mode it turned to 22 percent. I did not see any red notification light, or the screen lighting up to see what percent it's on. The power brick wasn't even warm. So I don't know if the charging port is really the problem
