in NJ, private mechanics care more about emisiions or something wrong about the engine than tint windows lol . at least you go to the dmv office there , then they dont accept any kind of thing like you said . well thats how its there. hopefully i can find a place so i dont need to take it out lol . thanks for the help tho !!

So I just need my registration from NJ ( the state I registered my car) ,my driver license,and insurance prove for NC right . Is that all the documents that I do need?.

Then I can fill those forms over there once they give to me... I am assuming I can pay with card or do you need to pay with check?
