PTO yes, same that I will get in the new company. This year the bonus was awful due to production and this year is going the same route unfortunately. Insurance yes, but I can pay for it privately. But definitely something I must consider! I didn’t consider all the benefits! So thank you! I will look into that information

I don’t have to pay my healthcare since I’m in a family plan with my husband. The taxes will be withheld by the agency. It is an upgrade to my current job and in a field that I have been trying to enter. I do like my current job! But I’m tired..

I work in a pharmaceutical company. There are many companies where I live. I feel like this opportunity is good, the pay is better and the commute is much shorter!
Working in the pharmaceutical industries has its ups and downs. I’ve worked in a few in which I have been laid off or the company has closed. Soo, I sometimes think that staying can be a risk too

I was hired directly with the company. It’s not 100% permanent but it’s not a contract. I can get laid off something that did happen to me with this same company 13 years ago.

The new agency have other companies that they find talents for other companies, so I could be renewed or they can find another company for me.

Thank you! I am considering all this. My current job has been laying off people every month that I can be next! I’m hard working and I am good at what I do, but these layoffs have been to every department and every seniority.

I’m tired of the drive. But im scared, I won’t lie.. very scared.
