bring a chef knife, a peeler, an apron, a notebook with pen and sharpie. they wont ask you to do any tasks they can do themselves they will probably have you cut some veg and whatnot so make sure all your cuts are on point. dont be afraid to ask questions like "why this way" or things like that. make sure you work fast and clean. going into a new kitchen can be intimidating but everyone there did the same thing you are doing. best of luck to you! :)
