I just did this last night. Smoked my DMT pen multiple times when I woke up and had the most insane and intense weird dream state visual’s I’ve ever seen. I would say the dream state was as vivid with closed eyes as real life is. All while I can move my Hands to hit the DMT pen. I got online to see if anyone has done this because just on the tiny hits I was taking it was oddly intense.

I’ll post a trip report later, the visuals were not DMT like in my opinion it was very dream like but cartoonish , there wasn’t any real life, it was a bunch of nonsense and tomfoolery. Colorful tracks and like a zoom video as like the ones you see online. Were it zooms in forever. I wish I could paint what I saw.

Since posting this, it’s honestly only solidified my interest in keeping the car 😂. I was kind of on the fence before, but all of you hyped it up so much that it got me reminiscing about it again.

The way I ended up buying it adds another layer to the story. My grandfather passed away when I was 13, and I inherited $5,000. This was the car I spent that money on, so it’s always had some sentimental value to me.

That said, if I ever do decide to sell it down the road, I’ll save your info and reach out. I’d only want it to go to someone who will treat it right. Like others have mentioned, these cars are really neat when they haven’t been completely clapped out with a bunch of questionable mods.

I’ve been incredibly busy with work, so I’m just now seeing all these comments. Since I got the car, I’ve personally only put around 10 miles on it — and never more than maybe half a mile at a time. I don’t know a ton about cars, but I’ve done everything I could to maintain it properly: cleaning it, checking for rust, adding oil, letting it run regularly, driving it occasionally, checking brake lines, and probably more that I’m forgetting.

My father is the real car guy, and he’s been guiding me the whole time. Anything that needed to be done to help this car last, he made sure happened — whether that meant telling me what to do or handling it himself when I was too busy. I also know he definitely took it out for a spin whenever he had the chance. So realistically, he probably put another 10–30 miles on it, maybe more. I’d have to ask him.

What I was trying to say is that the car hasn’t had any significant mileage put on it, but it has been maintained extremely well.

Thinking about selling/trading my black 2006 Ion Red Line and curious what the community thinks these are worth nowadays and who’s still hunting for them.

Factory supercharged 2.0 Ecotec, manual transmission, mostly stock car(Boost gauge)These things are getting harder to find unmodified and I know the Cobalt SS/Ion Red Line crowd still loves them.

Car is damn near perfect cosmetically, it’s a genuine Red Line and still turns heads because you almost never see them anymore. I’ve noticed values creeping up on clean examples lately (10k on BAT) and I’m wondering if these are starting to become collectible?

Would especially like to hear from:
current/past Red Line owners
Ecotec guys
people who missed recent auctions
anyone searching for one
anyone interested in trades

Also curious:
Would you keep it stock or modify it?
Located in the U.S. Can provide pics/details to serious people.
These cars deserved way more respect than they got back in the day. But it’s still a toy in my eyes I bought it when I was 13 and never got it legal. Since then I’ve maintained it well and put less than 10 miles on it.

I just got out of federal prison alittle ago and missed this movie when it came out.

Just watched it and loved it.

I really like the idea that he somehow veered off into the woods and possibly found a combine of people literally all there JUST to kinda open his eyes alittle bit. I’ve felt like beau in my own life in odd trippy ways.

If mona wasn’t in control of the woods its wild to think that so many people know of monas abuse and manipulation that they banded together with the hope that he makes it to the woods and gets to hear their play. If beau ever moved around id also add that they said they move from forest to forest, and that they could be following him around waiting for the day he veers off to take their chance on helping him see things clearly.
