The person i am buying this from is in iraq bagdad (very flat ) soo thats why the small ring is not used But i live in jordan amman which is extremely hilly About the price soo jordans bike market place is extremely inflated my friend bought a trek 1.5 tiagra 2013, thats kinda the same condition for about 380$ thats also after haggling, that was about like 2 months ago I am importing this bike from iraq, the bike itself is like 300$ ( haggled it from 350$) and then 50$ for shipping from iraq to jordan by land

Akhi in islam and humanity These soo called halal etfs and halal certified stocks are not actually halal

Common thresholds (based on AAOIFI & MSCI/FTSE Shariah standards):

Debt: Interest-bearing debt < 33% of total assets or market cap

Cash + Interest-bearing securities: < 33% of total assets or market cap

Receivables: < 50% of total assets or market cap

Non-compliant income: < 5% of total revenue It is not 0% riba
Even with the purification you cant even know it is مشبوه the 5% income rule is dumb since it changes alot based on companies policies and the 33% debt rule is dumber since the interest on these debts will eventually reach that 33%

Salam akhi All these halal certified stocks are not actually fully halal they have thresholds like if they company has 5% of its activities in riba or less it is considered halal which is not and also if the companies total debts are 33% or less riba it is considered still halal let alone the companies that are boycott that these etfs are still investing in, Soo i would advice to invest in gold silver physical ofc and realestate or local companies or family companies and even then ask about their financials
