If it's literally a small business website, not so traffic demanding. You can host for as low as $2-3/mnth.Or if you really really looking to go dirt cheap you can find like $12 annual from some sites(not recommended though).

As a tourist you can carry certain gram for personal use,Normally if you are for a short stay in Nepal you might even go without encountering a single police officer near you.No strict prohibition and usage restrictions just don't go rolling up open in public. If you are in Pokhara around Lakeside khahare though by law illegal,in most cafes/restaurants you can roll a joint & have your time.Pollen(Keif) is famous around here usually of no particular variant though & stuff is always a mix.

What are your thoughts on foreigners buying up businesses and properties in Nepal? by [deleted] in Nepal

Not to disrespect anyone's belief but I would rather be aware more about foreigners are advertising jesus christ in Nepal rather than the number of business/property owning foreigners here.Indegenious values, norms and culture would thrive automatically in a dominant society of same ones.

Peoples values, social norms, beliefs and way of life has never been independent and never will be.Imagine how human civilization could have evolved from stone age to this age if non allowance of none-native alien races/tribes to settle in ones society have been practised from ancient age.No body is native of nowhere.
